Our 25 hotel rooms and the suite also incorporate very individual refinements with the brewery memories. Old, rediscovered and newly created modern items fit together so wonderfully well, as if they had always been there. Thick solid oak floorboards, furniture made by carpenters and the occasional crooked wall or Charles Eames rocking chair. That’s the way it should be, that’s how it should be!
The Brewboy’s room are our single rooms.
These rooms, where the brewery apprentices used to spend the night, are a little spectacular to reach. They are located above the old brewing kettle and can only be reached via a small metal staircase.
Our tastefully furnished Brewboy’s rooms with their high-quality oak floorboards are equipped with a French bed and a workstation.
The Standard double rooms – our Brewer’s rooms – are designed in red and green and are based on the beer coasters of the time. This can of course be found in all rooms – just a bit more modern. In the bathroom in particular, a green glass mosaic shines like a summer’s day in the sun.
Inspired by the very palatable, popular Röhrl-Bräu specialties of the time, these double rooms are a real feast for the eyes. There are all kinds of treasures from the past to discover here. Sometimes it’s brickwork with an original paint pattern from 70 years ago, sometimes there’s an old light switch. The bathrooms are decorated with a fine glass mosaic and shimmer like dark beer.

The malt kiln is a high room where malt was once dried. Today it is a suite that rightly bears its name, as it is a relaxed place to live on two floors. Simple, luxurious and simply wonderful.
